The Country Championships is an event for regional clubs to compete together.
Ages U9's through to Masters athletes participate. It is a family fun environment.
If LA's athletes are 12 or above they must register with Athletics NSW as a 'Dual athlete'. This is free. Simply go to- https://www.nswathletics.org.au/get-involved/membership/
